You are not able to make changes to your order on your own.
If you are attempting to change or cancel an order, please email support@hemlockhatco.com. Please make sure that your email has, “EDIT ADDRESS”, “CHANGE ORDER”, or "CANCEL ORDER", in the subject line. This will allow our team to get to your time sensitive request as soon as possible, but does not guarantee that your order will be edited prior to being fulfilled.
If your order is still sent out you will need to ask a support representative about making a return.
