U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date the package was shipped. Returns must be in new condition, unworn and free of damages – a quick try on is cool, a float down the river, or a sweaty hike is less cool.
Orders must be returned or exchanged in original packaging or utilize packaging that can safely accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Item(s) damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund. With the exception of beanies, improper packaging for hats includes envelopes, poly mailers, bags and/or standard cardboard boxes that do not accommodate the size of the item(s) being returned.
SALE items are eligible for exchanges and store credit only. We currently do not accept returns for international orders.
Returns

- Enter your order number and zip code or email address.
- Select the item(s) you’re sending back and select reason for return (final sale items not eligible).
- Select ‘Exchange for other items or refund directly’.
- Select ‘Refund me (refund amount) directly’.
- Select ‘Refund to store credit’ or ‘Refund to original payment method’.
- Print your return label and mail back the original item(s).
- Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you for the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds and a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
*For store credit, the $5 restocking fee will be waived.
