U.S. orders may be returned up to 30 days from the date the package was shipped. Returns must be in new condition, unworn, and free of damages – a quick try-on is cool, a float down the river, or a sweaty hike is less cool.
Orders must be returned in original packaging or utilize packaging that can safely accommodate the size of the item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund. With the exception of beanies, improper packaging for hats includes envelopes, poly mailers, bags, and/or standard cardboard boxes that do not accommodate the size of the item(s) being returned.
All discounted SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Steps:
1. Select the item(s) you’re sending back and choose ‘Return.’ (Sale items not eligible)
2. Print your return label and mail back the original item(s).
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you for the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds and a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
