U.S. orders may be returned/exchanged up to 30 days from the date the package was shipped. Returns must be in new condition, unworn, and free of damages – a quick try-on is cool, a float down the river, or a sweaty hike is less cool.
Orders must be returned or exchanged in original packaging or utilize packaging that can safely accommodate the size of the item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund. With the exception of beanies, improper packaging for hats includes envelopes, poly mailers, bags, and/or standard cardboard boxes that do not accommodate the size of the item(s) being returned.
All discounted SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange Steps:
1. Select the item(s) you’re sending back. (Sale items not eligible)
2. Only choose ‘Exchange for something similar’ if you would like a different size or color of the same style.
3. If you would like to exchange for a new style, select 'Return', and then, 'Shop on our site to find something you love'. You will be redirected to the website where you can select a new item(s).
4. Add the item(s) you would want to your cart, and at the bottom right side of your screen select 'Continue with my return'.
5. If you select a new item(s) that is of lesser value than the original item(s) purchased, we’ll refund the balance back to your original payment method, once we receive your original item(s).
6. Print your return label and mail back the original item(s).
7. We’ll ship the new item to you once your returned item is dropped off with the carrier.
